Returns policy

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

1.       Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds for international orders. Returned items will be exchanged for a gift card of the same value. The gift card will be valid for 12 months from the date issued and is only redeemable online.

You will be entitled to return a product to us and receive a gift card if: 

  • you return the item/s within 14 days of receiving them.  
  • the returned product is unused/unworn, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, with any security tags/strips still intact and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
  • you comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product; and
  • none of the exclusions set out in this policy apply.

2.       Returns procedure

International returns must be clearly marked on the invoice as "Returned Goods: No commercial value." Failure to do this may incur further taxes which will be the customer's responsibility and ultimately deducted from the gift card amount awarded to you.

Any returns must be sent via registered mail to the address on the returns form.

You will be responsible for paying the postage costs associated with the returns.  

The parcel is your responsibility until it arrives back to us, therefore remember to use a trackable method.

We’ll send you an email as soon as we receive the returned item/s.

3.       Exchanges

For an exchange, please await to receive an email from us confirming we have received the goods. Reply to the email with a request for an exchange.

4.      Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

  • bodysuits, underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed.
  • any product personalised or adapted for you.

5.       Improper returns

If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:

  • we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;
  • we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
  • if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.


UK & EUROPEAN RETURNS POLICY

Please note that if you are in a European country that charges import duties, customs and local sales taxes on goods received, please refer to the 'International Returns Policy' above.

Return the items together with the despatch note and a filled returns form (These are enclosed together with your item/s). 

Products returned under this policy must be sent via registered mail to the address on the returns form.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with the returns.

4.       Refunds

We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.

We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.

We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you within 3-4 days of receiving the item. However, card refunds may take up to 10 working days to process depending on your bank. Please not that we are unable to influence your bank’s processing time.

6.       Exchanges 

We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then please place a new order.

7.          Cancellations

To cancel on order you have placed with us, please email us at 'enquiries@joesjungle.com' within 24hours of placing the order.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you upon notification of your cancellation.  

Card refunds may take up to 10 working days to process depending on your bank. Please not that we are unable to influence your bank’s processing time.
